NCLT

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) are specialised quasi-judicial bodies that adjudicate matters under the Companies Act 2013 and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC). NCLT handles corporate insolvency resolution proceedings, winding up petitions, mergers and amalgamations, oppression and mismanagement cases, and other company law matters.

The court has jurisdiction over All company law and insolvency matters across India. Cases filed at the NCLT include civil appeals, criminal appeals, writ petitions, company matters, and constitutional questions.
